Richard Masters, CPCU, ARM, AAI, AIS is a seasoned professional with over 45 years of experience serving the needs of complicated clients, including non-profit and governmental entities. In addition to the addressing the risk management needs of specific clients, Richard has also been a teacher and instructor in the insurance industry over the last 35 years through the Insurance Education Association, The College of Insurance, the CPCU Society and other professional organizations. He is certified by the Department of Insurance to conduct many different seminars and classes that provide continuing education to the insurance community.

Mission: Richard is passionate about imparting his wisdom gained from many years of experience to his students.

 

He is certified by the Department of Insurance to conduct many different seminars and classes that provide continuing education to the insurance community. Through interaction with 1,000s of insurance professionals, he has been able to address the changing standards and complications of the insurance industry.

For the last 25 years Richard has conducted numerous seminars and lectures specifically in the area of how entities properly deal with coordinating insurance placement by contractors, vendors and supplies, and the complicated arrangements of certificates and endorsements.

As a litigation consultant, Richard has offered expert opinions on insurance matters in more than 250 cases. Many of these cases involve non-profit and public entitles and how they are affected by various certificates and endorsements.

Education: He is a graduate of California State University-Los Angeles.
